RESPIRATORY SEASON
The James and Hudson Bay region is beginning to see a rise in respiratory illnesses in all communities which typically occurs post-holiday gatherings during the winter months. Respiratory viruses can spread through the air when people cough, sneeze or talk closely with one another.

In the Northeast region of Ontario several viruses are presently circulating including, Influenzae A (&B), RSV, COVID and other viruses causing minor colds/coughs.
